Rachael Gibson is currently the HMIS System Administrator, focusing primarily on back-end operations and compliance for the organizations that utilize the system.

Tomika Pitts-Jones is our Respite Care Program Director, whose dedication and heart for service have made a meaningful impact at TPC. She joined TPC in 2010 and will celebrate 16 years of service this May.

Natalie Jackson, Continuum of Care Manager, positively impacts those experiencing homelessness in Hampton Roads. Natalie brings a wealth of experience to her role.

Peggy Myers is the Operations & Record Management Specialist for the CACFP at TPC. She is also the “most likely to make work fun” and is “always connecting with colleagues.”
Employee Spotlight – Jermaine Johnson
Jermaine Johnson is the Respite Field Specialist for TPC’s Military Respite Care Program, connecting Navy families that have children with disabilities to respite care.
Employee Spotlight – Maria Cole
Maria Cole is a Field Monitor for the Child and Adult Care Food Program at The Planning Council. She supports childcare providers in western Maryland by providing nutrition oversight.

Vice President, Julie Dixon, fulfills our mission: identify community needs, connect people with solutions & improve lives, by overseeing the Community Planning & Development division of the TPC.
Employee Spotlight – Adam Stegeman
Adam Stegeman is the Accountant at The Planning Council. He is an essential figure in maintaining the financial and operational health of TPC. We are fortunate to have him as a part of the team!

Jacqueline Holley serves as the Respite Care Administrator – Family Services, supporting our local Navy families by connecting them with a respite care provider.

Ashley Love is one of the HMIS System Administrators, providing homeless solution provider agencies (CoCs) with HMIS database training, customer service relations, and technical assistance.
