Fernanda Brito began her career at The Planning Council as a Field Monitor in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) after being a childcare provider utilizing the program.

Deniese Fulgham has been the Quality Assurance Coordinator for the Respite Care program with The Planning Council for 17 years. She brings her ability to precisely match, verify, and correct data.

Lisa Wilkins is the smile that greets you at the door of The Planning Council and that you will find on the other side of a phone call. Lisa Wilkins is our General Services Administrator.

As the Community Program Specialist at The Planning Council, Cheyenne Wesley helps the working community. She reviews each employee’s application to determine their eligibility based on guidelines.

Jordan Schaller of The Planning Council is the Director of Data Systems and HMIS Administration for the 330 Hampton Road users of HMIS (Homeless Management Information System).

Menia is the Operations Specialist for the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) sponsored by TPC, working with childcare providers and centers in Virgina, Maryland, and DC.

Shari Walker is a Respite Support Specialist, She connects Navy families with special needs children with specialized childcare providers equipped to meet each families’ unique needs.
Employee Spotlight – Karen Griffith
Karen Griffith has been the Continuum of Care Coordinator at TPC for the Greater Virginia Pennisula for the last four years. Karen guides and supports over 30 non-profit, shelter, school, and jail providers.

Ashley Moorehead as a Field Monitor for the CACFP team in Maryland. She began her role with TPC five years ago when she learned the field monitor to her very own home childcare services was departing.
